Handmade Wooden Toys
David Johns, the Toycrafter, and his wife, Judy, have been in business for more than 42 years. All of his toys are produced through the same process. The lumber is purchased at the local hardware store and is cut into small pieces. Each piece is drilled and sanded before being assembled with glue and then painted with a polyurethane sealer. The goal is to make a durable toy that will remain usable for generations. Children are encouraged to visit and play with the toys and his booth is always very popular with the public.
