Christopher J. Miller

Event Manager & Sponsorship Sales

Christopher John Miller is the founder and event manager of the Urban Artist Market. He has owned an operated Rainmaker Advertising, a marketing and visual communications firm, which has specialized in attendee campaigns and event promotion for more than 20 years.

As an artist who specializes in acrylic and mixed-media he has had numerous art shows, several of which were located in Addison, Texas. He has experimented with mixed-media, graphite, chalk and crayon, and matte finished acrylics on canvas, wood and Strathmore 500 Bristol Board.

He believes that painting is a spiritual expression which reflects his current vibration and belief systems. Examples of his work can be found at cjmillerart.com. Prints of his work are available on redbubble.com.

Design Consultant & Artist Liaison

Ann W. Masciarotte is design consultant and artist liaison for the Urban Artist Market. In addition to coordinating and designing our welcome desk and lounge, she is responsible for connecting our buyers with our exhibiting artists.

Ann collaborates with home- and business-owners, and interior designers to curate artwork that personalizes and elevates interior spaces. As Chief Curator and Lead Consultant for The Whitney George Collection, Ann believes that original fine art brings personality and beauty into a space in a way that is unparalleled by reproductions.

The Collection is primarily focused on promoting cool, standout art and artists via its art consultancy and direct sales. She also believes in supporting and promoting living artists, who contribute to a richer social fabric within their local communities.

Danielle Caldwell Ranson is serving as an Exhibitor Chair for the Urban Artist Market. In addition to being an incredibly talented jewelry designer, she has a wealth of experience exhibiting at a variety of shows throughout the greater Dallas-Ft. Worth area.

Heather Kobs is serving as Exhibitor Chair for the Urban Artist Market. In addition to being an incredibly talented ceramicist, she has a wealth of experience exhibiting at a variety of shows throughout the greater Dallas-Ft. Worth area. She is currently an active exhibitor and workshop facilitator at the Dallas Farmers Market.

Gregory Patterson

Sponsorship Chair  

Gregory Patterson is serving as Sponsorship Chair for the Urban Artist Market. He has worked in non-profit management his entire career focusing on fundraising, marketing and public relations. Over the course of his 35 year career he’s worked for large and small non-profits including The National Ballet of Canada, American Ballet Theatre, Los Angeles Opera, the Segerstrom Center for the Arts and WaterTower Theatre. He’s also contributed to several boards like the Aging Mind Foundation, the Addison Business Association and Dancers for Life among others.

Registration Chair

Suzie Oliver is serving as Registration Chair for the Urban Artist Market. She has extensive experience in the hospitality industry with a concentration in Association Management and has served as Director of Meetings for countless associations and professional societies throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.  Her attention to detail and time management skills will ensure a smooth running event as she manages the welcome desk team during the event.
