VIP Reception benefitting the Hispanic 100
6 pm – 9 pm

The Urban Artist Market kicks off with a VIP Reception on Friday night. Stroll the show floor while enjoying a complimentary beer by Three Nations Brewing Company. Plus enjoy complimentary appetizers and live music. The opening reception benefits the Hispanic 100 Endowment Fund.

Singer and Violinist Camilla Venturini will be providing entertainment during the Urban Artist Market VIP Reception. Camilla began her musical career at the early age of five by studying classical music with maestro Giorgio Mendini. In 1995, she merged both her voice and violin talents while entertaining tourists visiting the renowned Verona Lake Garda. Several years later, she competed on the “Fantastica Italiana” broadcast and finished second. More recently she completed a three-year musical tour in Japan and continues to spend her summers entertaining tourists visiting Northern Italy’s Lake Garda and Abano Terme in the province of Padua. Often accompanied by her violin, Camilla sings in English, French, German and Spanish. She performs for many weddings, parties, and ceremonies since residing in Texas and can often be seen at Dal Testardo restaurant in North Dallas.

“Camilla is the ideal entertainer for the Urban Artist Market,” said Producer Christopher Miller. “Her musical choices are light and lively, while showing tribute to an increasingly diverse world. Her talent opens a portal to joy and celebration.”
